Where is my order?

Shipping times begin from the dispatch date. My current processing* time for orders is 2-3 working days. Preordered products have their own processing times which are stated on the product listing. Shipping times vary depending on what option you have chosen at checkout. You can find more info on Delivery, here.

Can I get tracked shipping?

Yes! I offer a couple of different postage options. Tracking is available for both UK orders and international orders. 

Do you have any discount codes?

The best place to keep an eye out for discount codes is by signing up to the mailing list at the bottom of the website. That's the first place you will hear about any discounts or offers I will be running on the shop!

When will there be new designs/products?

At the moment I have quite a few products and ideas in the pipeline, I don't tend to have a strict timeline for them all, as I enjoy being able to dip in and out of the various ideas when I feel like it until they are complete. Any behind the scenes content or sneak peaks will be shared over on my social media platforms.

*processing time, is the time taken to pack your order and get it ready to be shipped out. This can vary depending on how many orders I have to process, and anything I have going on in my personal life.
