1. Personal Information
(1.1) MyGreenCow may collect, use and store, the following personal information from you: IP address, and browsing data (including location, browsing habits on www.mygreencow.co.uk , gender, age). This information is collected via Google Analytics, and Wix (The website’s host).
(1.2) Your personal information will not be kept longer than is necessary.
2. Using Personal Information
(2.1) I am the sole owner of MyGreenCow, all information collected is only stored & used by me (Daisy Martin), it is not shared with any third party, and it is only used for it’s intended purpose.
(2.2) Browsing data that’s collected via Google Analytics is used by myself to help improve the website and content I put out there. Gender & age for example helps me to understand my audience, and allows me to create content that fits in those demographics.
3. Disclosing Information
(3.1) Your information will not be disclosed to anyone. The only time your personal information may be disclosed is if I’m required to by law.
4. Cookies
(4.1) Cookies are collected on MyGreenCow, this is done via Google Analytics & Shopify.
(4.2) Cookies are small data files that are stored on your computer, the website uses them to make sure your website experience runs smoothly. You can disable cookies on your browser, but this will impact your browsing experience negatively, making the website more difficult to use.

1. Terms of sale
(1.1) By placing an order you are subject to the following terms and conditions. The contract of the sale begins when the order is placed, and fulfilled once it has been dispatched.
(1.2) Dispatch times can vary, packages will always get dispatched within 3 workings days of the order being placed.
(1.3) It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the wrong address has been provided, please contact me as soon as you can to. If it's a slight error and the package has been returned to the sender, you will only have to pay the price of shipping to resend it to the correct address.
(1.4) If you have provided a completely wrong address. I will always do my very best to rectify the issue. However if the package hasn't ben returned to the sender, then a discount for a future purchase will be offered. The error lies with the customer, not the postal service, therefore I cannot claim back any losses from the postal service.
2. Cancellations & Returns
(2.1) Returns are accepted of unused products, within 7 days of delivery. Please contact me, so the return address can be confirmed. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
(2.2) If you received a faulty product, please get in touch to discuss the process of returning. If the fault doesn't lie with the customer, a return will be made or replacement will be sent.
